Seneca County Sheriff Jack S. Stenberg has issued a travel advisory for motorists on north/south roads in Seneca County. Blowing and drifting snow particularly on north/south roads has resulted in near white out conditions in certain locations. Motorists may also experience lane reductions in these areas where drifting snow has continued to drift into driving lanes. Sheriff Stenberg also cautions motorists to be on the look-out for snow removal equipment working in these problematic areas which at times are difficult or near impossible to see. State and County highway crews are continually working on keeping north/south roads clear of drifting snow.
