The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Corning man on charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon Craig R. Powers age 21 of 11856 River Road in Corning is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (class “D” felonies) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon (class “E” Felonies) for allegedly shooting two assault rifles and two unregistered handguns in Montour Falls, NY. Powers was arraigned in the Town of Montour Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail
