Waterloo man trespassed, did donuts at Eagle Auto

On 02/11/2015 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua A. Morgan, age 20 of 105 East Main Street in Waterloo, for Conspiracy in the Sixth Degree, a misdemeanor.Morgan is accused of assisting Kaylee Reynolds in a trespass at Eagle Auto on 01/13/2015. Morgan is also accused of disorderly conduct for having performed “donuts” with his vehicle at the same business. Morgan was arraigned before Judge Laquidari in the Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Morgan is to reappear before the Seneca Falls Town Court on 03/05/2015 at 5:00 PM.
