On Sunday at 12:03 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Howard T. Davis, age 57 of 714 W Brighton Ave in Syracuse, following a property damage accident on Auburn Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. While investigating the crash, it was discovered that the inspection sticker status was expired, however the inspection sticker on the windshield was valid. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the inspection sticker was taken off of another vehicle and placed on this vehicle without having been inspected. Davis was issued a ticket for displaying a forged inspection sticker, an unclassified misdemeanor. Davis is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 03/02/2015 at 5:00 pm.
