On Monday at 10:27 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jerry G. Perthel, age 77 of 890 Waterloo-Geneva Road in Waterloo following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Perthel was stopped by officers after the vehicle he was operating returned suspended for insurance not in effect. Perthel was issued a ticket for operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor. Perthel was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 03/02/2015 at 5:00 pm.
