A 16-Year-Old male is facing two charges following a complaint of teenagers discharging a BB gun in the Town of Seneca Falls. Seneca Falls Town Police received a report of a teen discharging a BB gun in a trailer park located within the former Village of Seneca Falls limits. Witnesses reported observing the teen discharging the BB gun within the trailer park and notified Town Police. The 16-year-old has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and the Town Code violation of discharging a firearm or air-soft gun within the former village limits and was released on appearance tickets for those charges. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 03/09/15 at 6:00 pm. The name of the 16-year-old is being withheld due to his eligibility for youthful offender status.
