Rochester man arrested for parking in Seneca Falls laneway

On Saturday at approximately 10:52 PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Larmar Felton, age 32 of 20 Atkinson Court in Rochester, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Police observed Felton’s vehicle parked in the Westbound lane on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Felton’s driving privileges had been suspended, he released on UTT’s and is scheduled to answer the charge on 02/23/15 at 6:00 PM at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
