On Valentine’s Day afternoon another harsh winter storm hit the Finger Lakes region moving west to east throughout the mid-to-late afternoon. The storm hit quickly and packed high winds and heavy snowfalls. As you can see in this video taken on Rover Road in Waterloo heading east, driving conditions were dangerous at best.
