On Tuesday at 9:39 am the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Marcus A. Musto age 39 of 2 Main St. Apt. 32 in Penn Yan for failing to register his address per the New York State sex offender registry.Musto, who was residing on Liberty St in Penn Yan, moved to the Main St address on 1/07/15 and failed to register his new address within the ten day period.Musto was processed and released on an apperance ticket.
