On Tuesday at 9:10 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kelly M. Mills age 30 of 1285 Whitbeck Road in Newark, on charges of Displaying Forged Inspection Certificate and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Mills is accused of having an inspection sticker on a vehicle she was operating that was not registered to that vehicle during a traffic stop. Mills was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in town court on 02/23/15 at 6:00 pm. Seneca Falls Police were assisted by the New York State Police on the traffic stop.
