Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Johnathan J. Asbury age 24 of 24 Border City Road in Geneva after a joint investigation with the New York State Police into burglaries in the Border City area. Today at about 10:45 am Asbury was arrested at the Seneca County Correctional Facility on one count of Burglary 2nd, a class C felony, and one count of Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor. Asbury was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court where he was released and taken back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he is committed on bail for other charges. Asbury is to appear in the Town of Waterloo court on March 11 2015 to answer the charges.
