Waterloo Police arrested Frank A. Volpe Jr, age 41, residing at 19 W. Water St in Waterloo on charges of Attempted Criminal Trespass 2nd and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th, both class B Misdemeanors.Volpe is accused of trying to force his way into an occupied residence on E. Main St on Thursday around 11:00 pm, and was then found to have over 25 grams of marijuana when stopped by police moments later.Volpe was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $1000/$2000 bail. He will answer the charges on March 4th in Waterloo Village Court.
