The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday at 6:04 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 34 Year old Loraine E. Curry of 78 North Street Apt#2 in the City of Geneva. Curry was charged with one count of issuing a bad check, a Class B Misdemeanor. The arrest stems from a complaint where it is alleged Curry wrote a check to a Town of Waterloo Business in December of 2014, knowing that there were insufficient funds in her account to cover the cost. Curry was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Waterloo Court on the 25th of February at 1:30 pm.
