Winter storm packed a whallop

Groundhog Day in the Finger Lakes was brutal as over a foot of snow pounded the entire region overnight and throughout most of the day. Single digit temperatures and brisk winds make it difficult for those who had to be on the road or outside for any purpose Monday.
