On Sunday at approximately 12:54 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandy L. Plate age 32 of 312 East Williams Street in Waterloo for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Plate stole merchandise with a value of $27.63 from a local business. Plate was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/19/15 at 10 am.
