The Seneca County Sheriff reports that on Saturday at 8:15 deputies responded to a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident in the Town of Fayette. Nicholas Incarnato 65 of 69 Chapel St in Seneca Falls was south bound on ST RT 89 when a vehicle driven by Brock Ware 26 of 3938 Rt 89 in Seneca Falls exited a driveway and entered the path of Incarnato’s vehicle. Ware was taken to Upstate Medical Center by Lifenet via North Seneca Ambulance where he was treated for a head injury. Incarnato was taken to Geneva General Hospital by South Seneca Ambulance where he was treated and released.Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Canoga and Fayette Fire Departments assisted at the scene.
