On Saturday at approximately 08:40 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua J. Walborn age 26 of 1746 Combs Road in Ovid on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th, Possession of a Forged Intrument 2nd, and Petit Larceny.Walborn is accused of cashing a check for the amount of $350.00 in late August of 2014 at Generations Bank in Seneca Falls without the knowledge of the owner. Walborn was arraigned in Town of Junius Court, and committed to SCCF on $3000.00 Cash/$5000.00 Bond and has to reappear in court on 02/03/15 at 7:30 pm for a Felony Hearing.
