On Saturday at approximately 12:36 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin T. Young, age 35 of 22 Seneca Street in Seneca Falls, for driving while intoxicated.The arrest stems from a traffic stop after a Seneca Falls Police Officer observed Young backing his vehicle down Bridge Street and yelling out the window at another person.Young was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unsafe Backing. Young was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000 bail/$2000 bond and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on February 5, 2015 at 5:00pm.
