Seneca County Sheriff Office report that on Saturday evening at approximately 11:59 pm Sheriff ‘s Deputies arrested Shawn M. Brown, age 52 of 1922 Powderly Road in the Town of Waterloo, for DWI.The arrest stems from a property damage motor vehicle accident that occurred on Yellow Tavern Road in Fayette in which Brown lost control and drove off the road.Brown was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and was released and is to reappear in Fayette Town Court at a later date and time.
