On Tuesday at approximately 4:11 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph A. Jones age 26 of 20 Inslee Street Apartment # 1 in Waterloo. Jones was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. It is alleged that Jones possessed a forged and stolen check at a local business on November 14, 2014. Arraignment was before the Honorable Sean Laquidari / Seneca Falls Town Court where Jones was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for Monday January 26, 2015 at 6:00 pm in Seneca Falls Town Court.
