Seneca Falls woman charged with DWI after traffic stop

On Tuesday at approx. 10:50 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amanda M. Eiserman age 24 of 161 West Bayard Street Apartment 49 in Seneca Falls following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Officer’s conducted a traffic stop after observing Eiserman’s vehicle operating on a public highway with no headlights on. After conducting an interview and field sobriety testing, Eiserman was determined to be operating a motor vehilce under the influence of alcohol. Eiserman was processed and arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the following UTT’s; No/Inadequate lights, driving while intoxicated-first offense and aggravated DWI-blood alcohol content .18% or higher . Eiserman was release on her own recognizance and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/05/2015 at 5:00 pm to answer to the charges.
