The Waterloo Police Department that on Monday at about 4:00 pm, officers arrested Michael J. Monaco, age 31 of 75 North Virginia Street in Waterloo, for Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Michael Monaco stole a quantity of prescription medication from a Village of Waterloo resident.Monaco was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash/ $3,000 insured bond bail. Monaco is to return to the Village of Waterloo Court on February 4th, 2015 at 9:00am. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted with the arrest by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
