Drunk driver puts car in ditch on Gravel Rd. in Seneca Falls

On Saturday evening, at approximately 9:21 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police responded to a single car motor vehicle accident on Gravel Road in Seneca Falls. On scene, police observed a four door sedan in the ditch on the west side of the road with a single occupant inside. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver of the motor vehicle was operating the motor vehicle in an intoxicated state.Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jordan B. Fleischer, age 22, of 5 Dixon Woods in Honeoye Falls, for Unsafe Backing, Driving while Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated. Fleischer suffered no injuries from the crash. Vehicle was towed from the scene.Fleischer was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/29/2015 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
