The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday at approximately 6 pm Deputies arrested Joshua T. Hakes, LKA of 2460 Edwards Rd. in Waterloo, on a warrant for Violation of Felony Probation. Hakes was convicted of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Attempted Burglary and sentenced to probation. It is alleged that Hakes did not follow standards and stipulations set forth by the Seneca County Probation Department.Hakes will be held at the Seneca County Jail until the next available County Court date.
