The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Thursday at approximately 11:36 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sipeoy Washington III age 37 of 25 Harbor Circle Ithaca , on a warrant for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree. It is alleged that while a class A order of protection was in place, Washington allegedly sent numerous text and Facebook messages to a Town of Lodi resident. Washington was arraigned in the T/Covert Court, and was ROR’d and due back in the T/Lodi Court on 2/18/2015 at 10:00 am .
