On Friday at about 10:16 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Twyla M. Keeler, age 58 of 4 Daniels Street in Seneca Falls, for Failure to Keep Right, Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in Blood.The arrest stems from a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls where Police observed Keeler crossing the center line of the road.Keeler was released to a third party and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/26/2015 at 6:00PM to answer the charge.
