On Wednesday at 10:27 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Pravo R. Atherly, age 36 of 71 West Bayard Street in Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on West Bayard Street where Atherly was pulled over for have a headlight out.After officers ran Atherly’s name through the DMV database it returned suspended. Atherly was taken into custody without incident.Atherly was charged with No/Inadequate headlight, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree. Atherly was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler released Atherly on his own recognizance and he is scheduled to re-appear in court on 02/11/2015 at 10:30 am.
