On Wednesday at approximately 9:45 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Donald J. Derleth, age 45 of 7 W. Williams Street in Waterloo, on a warrant for violation of the conditions of his sentence.Derleth was arraigned in Town Court and committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond and has to reappear in town court on 02/11/15 at 9:00 am.
