On Wednesday afternoon, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Archie “Cole” Castle, age 24 of McKinley Avenue in Penn Yan, on a superior court warrant for multiple counts of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance. The arrest stems from a several month long investigation into drug sales in Penn Yan.Castle is accused of selling oxycodone, hydromorphone and suboxone.Castle was arraigned in Yates County Court and was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
