On Tuesday at approximately 4:41 am, Town of Seneca Falls responded to a one car motor vehicle accident at Cayuga Street and Beryl Avenue. Upon investigation, it was determined that the motor vehicle was heading southbound on Cayuga Street, left the roadway, struck a fire hydrant and road sign coming to rest near Beryl Avenue.Police on scene arrested the operator, Kaylee D. Reynolds, age 21 of 39 Taylor Avenue in Waterloo, for Felony Driving while Impaired by Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and various other vehicle & traffic violations. Reynolds and her passenger were not injured in the crash.
Reynolds was released to a third party and is scheduled to answer the charges at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/26/2014. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded.
