On Thursday at about 2:37 pm the Waterloo Police Department arrested Ronald L. Andrews, age 67 of 42 Steele Road Waterloo, for 2 counts of Petit Larceny.The charges stem from 2 separate incidents where it is alleged that Andrews stole bags of returnable bottles and cans. The cans were stolen from a local business that collects the bottles and cans and donates them to area Boy Scouts.Andrews was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on January 28th, 2015 at 9:00 am.
