Seneca Falls man charged in separate shoplifting incidents

A 62-year-old Seneca Falls man was charged twice in the same day on Monday, both times he was accused of stealing merchandise for a local business. On Monday at about 3:30 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dylan O. Spano, age 62 of 92 Chapel Street in Seneca Falls, for Petit Larceny. Spano is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $533.75 from a Town of Seneca Falls business on 12/31/2014. Also on Monday at about 4:00 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Spano again, for Petit Larceny. Spano is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $19.14 from a Town of Seneca Falls business on 12/29/2014.
