On January 4, 2015 at approximately 8:29pm , the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Marcial D. Albino, age 57 of 6 Hillview Drive Union Springs, on an arrest warrant out of the Seneca Falls Police Department.The arrest warrant was obtained after Albino allegedly issued a bad check at DA Liquors on Bridge Street in Seneca Falls in June of 2014. Albino was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on January 14, 2015 at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
