On Monday at 11:21 am the Waterloo Police Department arrested Amanda N. Duvall, age 24 of 26 Church Street in Waterloo, for Burglary in the second degree and Criminal Tampering in the third degree.The arrest stems from an incident taking place on January 2nd involving Duvall gaining unauthorized access to an apartment in the Village of Waterloo. Upon gaining access, she then disturbed property throughout apartment, causing inconvenience for the resident of the apartment who was not home at the time.Duvall was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and released on pretrial release. Duvall is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date
