On 01/03/15 at approximately 5:31 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department Arrested David J. Peek, age 39, of 2448 Reed Road Waterloo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from Peek backing into a parked vehicle on Fall Street in Seneca Falls. Peek is being charged with Aggravated DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Unsafe Backing and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Operator. Peek is due in court on 01/05/15 to answer the charges.
