The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Saturday at approximately 4:30 pm Sheriff Deputies responded to State Route 96 in the Town of Varick for a one car motor vehicle accident. Thera J. Miller, age 23 of 5854 Rt. 96 Apt 234A in Romulus, was operating a Chevrolet Malibu northbound when she lost control of the vehicle after failing to negotiate a curve with icy road conditions. The vehicle went off the roadway and came to rest after striking several small trees. Miller’s 3 year old daughter Brody H. Miller, of the same address, was a passenger in the vehicle and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by South Seneca Ambulance because she was complaining of back pain. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
