Geneva woman charged with DWI in Seneca Falls Thursday

On January 1 at 3:03 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tiffany F. Orellana, age 27 of 1 Swiss Ave. in Geneva following a traffic stop on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca Falls.Officer’s conducted a traffic stop after observing Orellana’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and crossing over the center line on State Route 5&20. After conducting an interview and field sobriety testing Otellana was determined to be operating under the influence of alcohol.Orellana was processed and released on tickets for the following; fail to keep right, driving while intoxicated – first offence, operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more, and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having .18% or more BAC. Orellana is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/12/2015 at 6:00 pm.
