Seneca Falls Police Beat for 12/30/14

On December 26, 2014 at 7:52 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sandra L. Brignall, age 38, of 25 North Seneca Street, Waterloo for a warrant the was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The warrant was issued for violation of a conditional discharge after Brignall failed to complete her court ordered community service. Brignall was originally arrested earlier in 2014 for petit larceny. Brignall was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler committed Brignall to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. Brignall is scheduled to re-appear in court on 01/08/2015 at 6:00 pm. The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by the Waterloo Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriffs Office.On Friday December 26, 2014 at 10:27 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 17 year old male following a traffic stop on Farron Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. the male was stopped after police observed him traveling with no front license plate, when officers got behind him they observed a plate that belonged on a trailer. After an investigation the male was issued the following traffic tickets; no front plate, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates, uninspected motor vehicle, operating out of class, and operating without insurance, all of which are traffic infractions. After officers took the male into custody a quantity of marijuana was located on his person. the male was also charged with Unlawful possession of marijuana, also a violation. the male was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler committed the male to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash or $500.00 bond and the vehicle was towed from the scene. that male is scheduled to re-appear in court on 01/14/2015 at 9:00am, his identity was not released due to his age.On December 28th, 2014 at approx. 6:03pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dijonna S. Parker, age 21, of 33 Geneva Street Apt A3, Geneva, NY 14456 for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Parker stole merchandise from a local business totaling $403.15. Parker was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/12/2015 at 6:00pm to answer to the charges.
