The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 25th at 2:01 am, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jennifer L Clark, age 41 of Border City Road in Geneva, on Border City Road in the Town of Waterloo.She was charged with Driving while intoxicated, DWI operating with a BAC of .18% or more, speed in zone and failed to keep right.Clark is to appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Folk on January 28th, 2015 to answer the charges.
