A scary moment in the Yates County town of Italy on Friday morning as 51-year-old Michael Siragusa was trying to tow a car that had run out of gas on Flint Hill Road.While he was towing the vehicle started to roll down a hill while he was in it. The car eventually crashed into a ditch and flipped on its side.Siragusa was not seriously injured.WHEC has a report on the incident:
