On Saturday at about 1:55 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin D. Gillotti, age 21 of 17 Inslee Street in Waterloo, for Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more.The arrest stems from a complaint received by the Town of Seneca Falls Police of a vehicle with a possible sick or intoxicated person operating a motor vehicle on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls.Gillotti was released to a third party and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/05/2015 at 5:00 pm to answer the charges.
