On December 22, 2014, at about 2:20 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Megan M. Eddington, age 24 of 7 West Main Street in Waterloo, on a second charge of prostitution. Eddington was originally charged with Prostitution stemming from a separate incident that occurred on December 10, 2014, in the Village of Waterloo, where Sheriff’s Investigators also communicated with Eddington after she advertised on the same online advertising website and agreed to engage in sexual activity for money.This time, Sheriff’s Investigators learned that Eddington was advertising on an online advertising website and began communicating with her. Sheriff’s Investigators arranged a meeting at a local hotel and Eddington agreed to engage in sexual activity for money. Eddington arrived at the hotel and she was taken into custody without incident. Eddington was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 secured bond. Eddington is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on January 21, 2015, at 9 am. The Seneca County District Attorney’s Office also assisted on this investigation and arrest.
