The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on December 17, 2014 at approximately 12:00pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Chelsea N Ticer, age 25, of 336 E Main S.,t Waterloo, NY, on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Ticer was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 secured bond. She is to reappear at Family Court at a later date.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 12/15/14 at 09:55am Deputies arrested Richard H. Haight, age 32, of 1 Old Field Court , Bath NY on a Seneca County Family Court Warrant. Haight was arraigned by Village of Waterloo Court before Justice Mattoon and was committed to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 Ins. bond. Haight is to appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
