The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 12/11/14 at approximately 8:00 pm Deputies stopped a vehicle on Seneca Blvd., Waterloo, NY for a vehicle and traffic law violation.While interviewing the driver and passenger, it was determined that Pablo Hernandez-Alvaro, age 27, of El Salvador, was in the United States illegally. US Border Patrol Agents met Deputies and took custody of Pablo-Hernandez.According to US Border Patrol Agents, Pablo-Hernandez was previously deported from the United States and again entered the country illegally.Deputies were assisted a the scene by the NYSP.
