On Friday, Penn Yan Village Police arrested a 17-year-old female who resides on Sheppard Street and is eligible for youthful offender status, for criminal mischief and assault, both class A misdemeanors.The teen is accused of kicking and damaging two doors at the Sheppard Street residence and biting her father in the arm causing physical injury.The girl was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court at a later date.
