On 12/05/2014, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested 18 year old Eugene W. Peek of Waterloo, N.Y. Peek was charged with five counts of Rape second degree, class D felonies, seven counts of Criminal Sexual Act second degree, class D felonies and six counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors. It is alleged that Peek engaged in sexual contact with a 14 year female numerous times at a Village of Waterloo residence over the past four months.Peek was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo court where he was committed to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bail bond. Peek is to reappear in Village court at a later date.
