Seneca County Sheriff Office Deputies arrested Daniel W. Foulkrod, age 21 of 1256 Hecker Road in Waterloo, on Saturday at 3:25 pm for rape 3rd, menacing 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment and harassment 2nd degree. The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on 11/25/14 at the Foulkrod residence with a Town of Fayette resident. Foulkrod allegedly took a 16 year old female’s cell phone and pinned her against a vehicle to keep her from leaving during the incident and also threatened the female with a knife if she told the police.During the course of the investigation it was found that Foulkrod also had sexual intercourse with the 16 year old female.Foulkrod was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 bond bail. He is to re-appear in the Town o f Waterloo Court on 12/03/14 to answer to the charges. A full stay away order of protection was issued.
