Cash, knives stolen in Sennett surplus store burglary

During the early morning hours on Friday, a burglary occurred at the LZ Army Surplus Store on Grant Avenue Road (Route 5) in the Town of Sennett. Entry was forced into the business and numerous items were stolen including cash, knives, and military related gear. Sheriff David Gould requests the public’s help with the ongoing commercial burglary investigation. Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area of LZ Army Surplus this morning, or who has information regarding this case, is asked to contact Detective Brian Schenck at 315-253-3545.
