On Saturday at 2:37 AM the Waterloo Police Department arrested Nicolas J Blevins, of 183 Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, for felony driving while intoxicated. The arrest Stems from Blevins being observed operating a vehicle on East Main St with no lights on.Following a traffic stop it was determined Blevins was driving while intoxicated. Blevins arrested and charged with felony aggravated DWI with a .18% BAC or more, driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years, and driving with no/inadequate lights. Blevins was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear at a later date in the Village of Waterloo Court.
