The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Thursday around 10:33 pm at 9140 Keady Road in the Town of Lodi, deputies arrested Ernest L. Voorheis, age 47 of 1711 County Road 137 in Lodi, for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and for Trespass.The arrest stems from a incident that occurred at 9140 Keady Rd around 8:42 pm on the 13th of November. It is alleged that Voorheis unlawfully and knowingly remained on a premises without having permission, in addition to making several threats which placed the victim in fear of their life and serious physical injury.Voorheis was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court where he was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bail bond. Voorheis is to re appear on the 19th of November 2014 at 10:00 am. New York State Police and New York State Parole assisted with the arrest.
